1. GENERAL TERMS

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website.
However, stock discrepancies may occur.

  • If a product is in stock, it will be fulfilled immediately.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will:

    • Dispatch the available items

    • Contact you regarding restocking timeline

    • Offer you the choice of:

      • Waiting for restock, OR

      • Receiving a refund for the unavailable item


2. SHIPPING POLICY

2.1 Shipping Costs

  • Calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Shipping charges collected during checkout are final and non-refundable.


2.2 Order Processing Time

A. Made-to-Order (Wooden / Bulky Products)

  • Manufacturing time: 15–20 business days (may vary with customization).

  • Dispatch happens only after rigorous QC.

B. Non–Made-to-Order (Ready Stock Products)

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

High Volume Periods

During festivals, sales, or high order volume, dispatch may be delayed.


2.3 Transit Time

A. Domestic Shipping

  • Standard delivery: 2–10 days

  • Bulky items may need extra transit time.

B. Expedited Delivery

  • Dispatched via air for faster service.

  • Delhi NCR: 2-day express delivery (starting next working day after order placement).

C. International Shipping

  • Transit may take 4–22 days, varying by courier.

  • Exact estimates shown at checkout.


2.4 Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday during business hours.

  • No dispatches on national holidays.


2.5 Change of Delivery Address

Allowed only before dispatch.


2.6 P.O. Box & Military Addresses

  • P.O. Box shipping only via postal service.

  • Military addresses shipped via USPS international channel.


2.7 Items Out of Stock After Ordering

Out-of-stock items are:

  • Refunded, OR

  • Held for restock upon customer request.


2.8 Delay Beyond Forecasted Delivery

If delivery exceeds expected timeline:

  • Contact customer support for investigation.

Government Restrictions / Lockdowns (e.g., COVID):

  • Delays due to restrictions are not eligible for return/refund based on delayed delivery.

  • During state lockdowns, returns for “not as per expectation” will not be accepted.
