Refund policy
RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
Return policies differ for Made-to-Order wooden products and Non–Made-to-Order products.
A. RETURN POLICY FOR NON–MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS (READY STOCK)
2A.1 Eligibility
Returns are applicable ONLY if:

Product received is damaged
-
Product has a manufacturing defect
-
Wrong product delivered
-
OR customer wants to return for personal reasons (design not liked, sizing issue, changed mind etc.)
2A.2 Return Intimation Timeline
Return request must be intimated within 48 hours of delivery.
2A.3 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim damage/defect:

A proper unboxing video starting before opening the parcel is compulsory.

The issue must be clearly visible in the video.

Claims without video will not be accepted.
2A.4 Return Process for Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Items
If return is due to:
-
design not liked
-
color/style not liked
-
size variation
-
any reason other than damage/defect
➡ Customer must send the product back to us.
➡ No pickup will be arranged from our end.

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the product, refund/voucher will be issued as per policy (mentioned below).
2A.5 What is NOT eligible for return

Items returned used or damaged

Products without original packaging

Return requests after 48 hours

Items with natural material variations (wood grains, slight shade difference)
-
Sale items, perishable items, balloons, party décor, edible products, intimate items, hazardous goods
2A.6 Refund for Non-Damaged Returns
For returns where the product is “not as per expectation”:
✔ Refund will be issued only in the form of a voucher equivalent to the product value.
✘ Shipping charges will not be refunded.
✘ If returned product arrives damaged at our address → No refund / voucher will be issued.
B. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR MADE-TO-ORDER WOODEN PRODUCTS
2B.1 Eligibility
MTO wooden/bulky products are NOT eligible for return because they are custom-made.
Only replacements are offered if:

Major transit damage
-
Manufacturing defect
-
Wrong product delivered
Minor repairable wear, wood texture differences, color variations are not defects.
2B.2 Damage/Defect Claim Requirements
-
Intimation within 48 hours of delivery.
-
Mandatory unboxing video from the moment you open the package.
-
Clear photos/videos of damage required.
-
Product must be repacked in original packaging.
2B.3 Replacement Timeline
-
Replacement manufacturing time: 7–10 business days.
-
Re-dispatch post quality check.
2B.4 No Refund for MTO Products
Refunds are NOT applicable unless:
-
The product is unavailable/out of stock after order placement.
-
Order canceled within 24 hours of payment.
-
Replacement is impossible due to logistical limitations.
3. GENERAL REFUND POLICY (APPLICABLE TO BOTH CATEGORIES)
3.1 Refund Method

Refund/voucher is issued after product is received and inspected.
-
Refund to original mode of payment takes 7–10 business days.
3.2 Return Shipping Cost
-
Customer bears the shipping cost for sending back returns.
-
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3.3 RTO / Wrong Address / Order Refusal
If delivery fails due to:

Wrong/incomplete address
-
Customer refusal to accept the order
➡ RTO charges + processing fee will be deducted.
➡ Refund will be processed only after return is received.
For orders below ₹200, no refund will be applicable in case of refusal.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations allowed only within 24 hours of order placement.

Once dispatch or manufacturing begins, cancellation is not possible.
-
Frequent COD refusals will lead to COD service restriction.
5. COLOR & MATERIAL DISCLAIMER
-
Colors may vary due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
-
Wood grains, knots, textures, and shade differences are natural.
-
Hand-painted products may show minor brush strokes.
These are not considered defects.
6. INSTALLATION POLICY
-
Some furniture may require basic/professional installation.
-
Third-party installation (Urban Company etc.) is chargeable.
-
Self-assembly items include instructions.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Food items
-
Flowers
-
Newspapers
-
Party décor (balloons, banners, cake toppers)

Intimate/sanitary goods
-
Hazardous materials
-
Flammable liquids/gases
-
Gift cards
-
Downloadable software
-
Health/personal care items
8. DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO NATIONAL / STATE EMERGENCY
During unavoidable situations like lockdowns, strikes, health emergencies:

Shipping timelines may be affected.
-
No penalties or claims for delays will be accepted.
-
Returns for “not as per expectation” will be temporarily suspended.
